But the outcome if going to be massive. Lists will be a strong reputation management system and also a natural spam filter (if you re not on any list, then you have a problem...).For example here are the lists i am present in
However building lists on Twitter (like on Facebook btw) is painful. It is not designed for efficient creation. You need to go to each user page and add them 1 by 1, or to twitter.com/following and find the users you want to add (meaning sometimes scrolling lots of pages). Robert Scoble just confirmed me on a Tweet this is very time consuming
I need a simple tool to build Twitter list. Maybe Twitter will build it.
- A web service (not a desktop client)
- Twitter connect to identify me
- My lists pre populated
- A simple BIG + to add a new list
- Auto complete user name, Enter, added to the list
- Suggest users based on bio compared to name of the list
- Synced with Twitter
- Synced with Twitter clients that i will use
- 1 click to unlist user or set of users
- @bracco suggested an interesting idea: lists auto created with participants in events i attend (based on the registration list). good idea. but secondary for me.
I have been using this tool so far: Tlists (that i discovered via Chris Dixon a couple of weeks ago) but i need my list to be synced and ported to wherever i go (web, twitter client). I am even featured in one of them. Curiously it closed, probably preparing something new, since lists where propertary so far.
Someone is building this?
