One advice if you live in Israel

NEVER, EVER have a computer/mobile phone/electronic device sent over to your by mail.

They get automatically locked at customs and you need a complicated procedure to have them released. Plus it costs money (for the procedure) and taxes.

I just learnt that. at my own expense. I forgot this is not Europe.

Never do that. Ever
