After Mercury, M-Systems got acquired for big bucks

A few days only after the mega acquisition of Mercury Interactive by HP, M-Systems is being acquired by Sandisk for 1.55b USD.

You are probably more aware of M Systems than Mercury though. Without knowing you are probably using one of their products: they produce all sorts of memory solution (specially flash) like Disk on keys or memory cards….

Have you ever been in a situation where you wished your cell phone would ring? Maybe you wanted to look extra important or popular on that hot date. Or maybe you just needed an excuse to escape from an unpleasant meeting.

With "The Popularity Dialer", you can plan ahead. Via a web interface, you can choose to have your phone called at a particular time (or several times). At the elected time, your phone will be dialed and you will hear a prerecorded message that's one half of a conversation. Thus, you will be prompted to have a fake conversation and will easily fool those around you.

Typepad just got a lifting on its website and its blog

Lifting is also affecting the logged homepage with a bit more ajax to access your post lists and typelists. Main editing section did not change yet (and it should)

Another news, easy technorati tags has been added. Not very clearly explained but use the keyword section under the publishing zone. More info here
