A friend of mine showed me a device that i believe bring a disruptive breakthrough in the way you jog. Garmin, brought to market a GPS watch that tracks your move and can tell you very precisely how well you are performing, what path you have followed in a computer map, if you are speeding up or speeding down. Even better you can create a virtual companion (speed, level,…) and know at each second how you are doing compared to him! a real way to improve your performance

 [Posted actually early 2005 but wanted to have it again in that blog ] Fabien Barthez, the french soccer team goal keeper, declared a few days before the game against Israel that it was dangerous to come to Israel and that he prefered to play in another place. He was so  right: it was really very dangereous as they were put you in serious difficulty to be qualified for the world cup now! By the way the french team play really so bad …..
