Google + Kosher = 4Torah

My Colleague from Gemini Yigal made me discover a very very vertical search engine that is basically a version of Google whose results have been filtered and "pre-approved" as Kosher: 4Torah

Search Torah topics from respected, pre-approved Torah sites. 4Torah.com was created to specifically exclude irrelevant results one could find using a standard Google search. We have customized Google's vast index to contain over 1.4 million Torah-related text pages in English, Hebrew, French, Spanish and other languages as well as audio and video formats. All are hand-picked and deemed trustworthy by our team of frum editors.

I tried a hard request: "CheeseBurger". Results are indeed very interesting

I wonder if this could be replicated for other types of practices and religions (special diets, ...)

Shame on Ahmadinejad

In parallel to LeWeb3 i am attending this week a much more dramatic conference organized by the Iranian Government on the “Question of the Shoa” is being organized.

The intention is to “discuss” the Shoa but in reality all they want to do is to make “official” the inexistence of the Shoa. “Experts” from all over the world are invited

This is a real shame and an act of stupidity (part of a very well thought long term plan to delegitimate Israel and “Wip Israel of the Map”).

Look forward to hearing the world reaction to this barbarian event. For me the only reaction it inspires me is illustrated below

CAN A BLOG COST YOUR LIFE?

Apparently yes: blogs starts to be very popular in Iran, but a young guy, Mojtaba Saminejad, might be sentenced to death because he criticized slightly its government!

The association Reporter Sans Frontieres decided to support and help him by creating a blog dedicated to him. you can also sign this petition. His life is in danger. I invite you to join me in this action.

A SONG FOR PEACE!

Is it the beginning of a new era in middle east? Since a new palestinian leadership has arrived we can start hoping about peace ; of course the way is still very long, but a few good signs are here, and not only political. Among them a song reported by the BCC sang by one famous palestinian and israeli singer together and broadcast both in israeli and palestinian radio. If someone knows where it is possible to hear/stream an extract i would appreciate.
