Now this is going to be funny to follow.
Emblaze an Israeli startup focus on video streaming and mobile technology, behind the device that makes me think twice when i look at my iPhone is sueing Apple for infringing a patent over live video streaming.
I don't know the nature of this patent, but there are so many companies doing live streaming on the mobile and the web (ustream, Qik,...) that i wonder why we never heard about this patent before
This is not the first scratch the iPhone will have with Israel. The iPhone trademark was first used by an Israeli company: Vocaltec (btw i know Apple settled with Cisco, but did they ever settled with Vocaltec?)
Israelis, love the iPhone. Even though it is still not yet available on the market (will be soon). But the love comes with tension.
