Yep, on the right is the MS R&D Center in Haifa but the bulk of MS operations in Israel run from Raanana, a quiet, residential City not far from Tel Aviv.

Do you have more info of what kind of offices is it?
Is it R&D to adapt the SW to Israeli market or it it a Worldwide center of R&D to develop new Software?
If I remember INtel, IBM and so many Hi tech companies are based in Haifa
