Precisions on Peer39

Peer39I just saw the news on VentureBeat and Beyond VC regarding the freshly announced round table for Peer39

I immediately had a chat with my colleague Dan Ciporin, previous CEO of Shopping.com who is mentionned in those news who clarified to me a few points. There are some important precisions

  • Dan Ciporin is a seed investor and advisory board Member
  • Peer 39 did not disclose yet a lot of information on its activity but it has built some interesting based ecommerce model.

On their site for now you can read

Peer39 is an innovative online marketplace that actively matches offers in various verticals. Our proprietary technology and commerce tools increase conversion rates dramatically, thus enabling companies and individuals to focus on what they do best -- and do more business.

Founded by seasoned internet entrepreneurs and natural language
and machine learning experts, Peer39’s leadership team has years of collective experience in online commerce and leading edge technology.
