TAG YOUR OUTLOOK

No need to explain. Here is TAGLOCITY an easy tool to add/auto-add tags to all your outlook items and find them later easily. Microsoft category/folder thing is just not working well enough.

I guess they will end up adding that feature. but in the meantime there you go.

That's fantastic! I have over 10000 Emails a year - Outlook is my BizBrain. I use the LookOut Search-AddOn very often and in most cases it gives me access to old mails in seconds. Tagging Outlook seams for me a perfect add on for categorizing emails and files.

Use Copernic Desktop (or Google Desktop or whatever search desktop engine) and find all you need in a second...

"Semantic web" and "tags" are really not useful on users desktops since the raise of powerful desktop search engines...

i will give you an example where this is usefull and none of the desktop search can help. I receive tons of email of start ups, some i want to meet, some i want to call. Nothing in the mail or the title of the mail can help me. This helps me add an easy searchable parameter (much easier than a category) that will enable to find what i want. Same could be applied to picture without names (image1.jpg).
